During this appointment we will review your medical history, discuss any existing diagnoses, and evaluate your overall health status. We will also discuss recommended preventive screenings and laboratory testing appropriate for your age, risk factors, and health goals.
The goal of this visit is to provide a clear understanding of your health and help guide preventive care moving forward.
Ongoing care for chronic health conditions such as elevated blood pressure, diabetes, and elevated cholesterol. During these visits we review your current health status, monitor progress, adjust treatment plans when needed, and address any new concerns that arise.
Our goal is to help manage these conditions effectively while supporting your long-term health and well-being.
Consultations focused on achieving and maintaining a healthy weight through personalized care. During these visits we discuss lifestyle modifications including nutrition, physical activity, and sustainable health habits. When appropriate, medication options may also be considered as part of a comprehensive weight management plan.

I am a doctorate-prepared Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing thoughtful, patient-centered care. I have been practicing since 2019 and focus on helping adults achieve and maintain their best possible health through preventive care, management of chronic conditions, and personalized treatment plans.
Prior to establishing my practice, I provided care to patients in the community through positions with Saint Francis Warren Clinic and Arubah Community Clinic. These experiences allowed me to work with diverse patient populations and reinforced my commitment to delivering compassionate, comprehensive primary care.
